Temporary Signs & Notices

The purpose of the policy is to provide clear guidelines about the use, placement and maintenance of Temporary Signs and Notices within the Department of Athletics and Recreation facilities, including the Athletic Complex and University Stadium.

All temporary signs and notices (not exceeding 11x17 in size), may be sent to the Athletic Complex office, for approval and authorized by the Department of Athletics and Recreation Management team. Temporary signs and notices without appropriate authorization will be removed.

Approved temporary signs and notices may appear on designated bulletin boards only (limit of one (1) per board). Temporary signs and notices attached to walls, drywall, painted brick, pillars, glass or in stairwells or elevator areas will be removed.
