Facility Rental Rates

Facility rental charges are applicable to all bookings by non-Laurier students. Laurier students will be charged applicable staffing fees and additional add-ons only. For membership packages and pricing, visit our Membership Information page.

Prices effective May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026
* Day Rate applies to any booking up-to-and-over eight (8) hours. Additional costs for staffing (one hour minimum) and services will be advised at time of booking. All rental rates are + HST and capital improvement tax of 10%.
For any rental in the AC or University Stadium - Event/Facility Supervisor: $24.15/hr. 
For any rental when full-time staff is needed for relevant evening and/or weekend coverage - Event Set-Up: $85.00/hour.

Additional Fees

The following are additional charges that may be added to the overall cost of a booking if extra support, equipment or furniture is required. Additional fees will be determined in advance by Laurier Athletics and Recreation staff based on the booking request and event plans.

AC Studios 1+2 / Cycle Studio

  • Fitness Instructor (Group Exercise Instructor): $25.50/hr
  • Student Specialty Instructor: $35.15/hr
  • External Specialty Instructor: $55.00/hr

AC Gym Single Court or Classrooms

  • Custodial: $225.00/custodian x 2 ($450.00) - additional custodial at discretion of Athletics & Recreation
  • Event/Facility Staff: $22.25/hr
  • Floor Cover: $1,375.00 flat fee 
  • Tables: $5.00/each
  • Chairs: $2.50/each
  • Delivery/pick-up of tables & Chairs: $125.00 flat fee
  • Sound System/Clock: $100.00 flat fee
  • Event Set-Up (bleachers): $100.00 flat fee

Full AC Gym

  • Custodial: $225.00/custodian x 2 ($450.00) - additional custodial at discretion of Athletics & Recreation
  • Event/Facility Staff: $22.25/hr
  • Floor Cover: $1,375.00 flat fee
  • Tables: $5.00/each
  • Chairs: $2.50/each
  • Delivery/pick-up of tables & Chairs: $125.00 flat fee

25m AC (Half) Pool

  • Custodial: $225.00/custodian x 2 ($450.00) - additional custodial at discretion of Athletics & Recreation
  • Event/Facility Staff: $22.25/hr
  • Lifeguard (Aquatic Deck Supervisor): $24.80/hr/lifeguard (minimum three lifeguards)
  • Aquatics Supervisor: $25.75/hr
  • Tables: $5.00/each
  • Chairs: $2.50/each
  • Delivery/pick-up of tables & Chairs: $125.00 flat fee
  • Event Set-Up: $100.00 flat fee

50m AC (Full) Pool

  • Custodial: $225.00/custodian x 2 ($450.00) - additional custodial at discretion of Athletics & Recreation

  • Lifeguard (Aquatic Deck Supervisor): $24.80/hr (minimum three lifeguards)
