Barbell Strength

Sculpt lean muscle and grow your confidence moving the bar in this full-body strength class. Using barbells + dumbbells and guided with proper technique, you'll get stronger at your own pace in a supportive, all-levels environment. Whether you're new to lifting or looking to level up, this class helps you move with power and confidence.
Bootcamp

Circuit training combining cardiovascular and muscular endurance using a variety of equipment. For participants looking to improve all aspects of physical fitness from endurance to strength.
Cardio + Core
30 minutes | moderate-high intensity
A class focusing on cardiovascular training while incorporating exercises to target the abs. For participants looking to break a sweat and strengthen their core.
Cardio Kickboxing
45 minutes | high intensity
Kickboxing and combat inspired cardio training. For participants looking for a tough full body blast that will have them punching and kicking to empowerment.
Core Control
30 minutes | moderate-high intensity
A dynamic and challenging workout designed to build deep core strength, enhance stability, and improve strength. This class blends mindful movement with powerful core-focused exercises to target your abs, obliques, glutes, arms and lower back. Barefoot or socks recommended.
Cycle
45 minutes | high intensity
A high-energy indoor cycling class that blends rhythm riding, fun choreography, and outdoor-style drills like hills and sprints. This cardio workout will have you building strength & endurance in a low lit studio environment. No experience needed, all levels welcome.
Drop In Dance
60 minutes | moderate intensity
An opportunity to try a variety of dance styles on a drop-in basis, included as a part of your
Group Ex Pass. Class styles will rotate weekly with specialized dance instructors for each style, and may include: Heels, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Afro-Fusion, and Hip Hop.
Drop In Dance: Technique
45 minutes | moderate intensity
Designed for experienced dancers, this class sharpens core skills through focused work on alignment, control, strength, and precision. In addition to refining technique, dancers will practice jumps, kicks, turns, and other advanced skills to keep their training performance-ready. Perfect for those looking to elevate their technical foundation and take their dancing to the next level. This is a drop-in class on our Group Exercise schedule, and is currently free for Laurier students with a
Group Ex pass and corresponding OneCard sticker.
Flirty Fitness
45 minutes | moderate intensity
A full body workout interspersed with easy, flirty, dance moves to popular music. For participants looking to spice up their workout with some confidence boosting, but simple choreography.
HIIT
30 minutes | high intensity
High intensity interval training designed to get your heart pumping and sweat pouring! For participants looking for a quick but intense workout to challenge their cardiovascular fitness.
Muscle Pump
45 minutes | moderate intensity
Full body workout using a variety of fitness equipment to increase muscular strength and endurance for an active lifestyle. For participants looking to learn how to properly improve from and build confidence while adding heavier weight.
Pilates
40 minutes | low-moderate intensity
A full body workout with a focus on increasing muscular strength, stability and flexibility. This class takes place on a yoga mat and shoes are optional.
Rock Bottom (RB)
45 minutes | moderate intensity
Lower body focused muscle toning and strength training using a variety of equipment. Great for toning and strengthening the quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

Total Tone
45 minutes | moderate intensity
Mat-based, full-body workout inspired by Pilates and driven by the beat of the music. This high-rep, low-weight class focuses on intentional, repetitive movement to sculpt and tone from head to toe.
Yoga
45 minutes | low intensity
A class for relaxation, stretching and meditation to help strengthen postural and stability muscles. For those looking to improve strength and flexibility while destressing in a calm atmosphere.
Yogalates
45 minutes | moderate intensity
A fusion of Yoga and Pilates that builds core strength, improves flexibility, and promotes balance and relaxation. A great option for all fitness levels.
Zumba

Dance, sweat, and smile in this high-energy cardio workout set to Latin and international beats. Zumba combines easy-to-follow moves with feel-good music to get your heart pumping and your body moving. No dance experience needed — just bring your energy and have fun!
