Group Exercise Schedule

The Winter 2026 Group Exercise pass includes access to all classes in September, October, November 2026 (scroll down for the full schedule). After online registration, you must pick up your Group Ex sticker from the Athletic Complex Hawk Desk to access classes on the schedule. A Group Exercise pass and OneCard sticker are required to participate in all classes, except during our RecFest Week: Monday, January 5th - Friday, January 9th, 2026 and during the exam periods every December and April. There are no classes during Reading Week: Monday, February 16th - Friday, February 20th, 2026. Classes and programming are subject to change. Permanent and/or ongoing programming changes will be posted here, and class cancellations or instructor changes will be posted on the Group Exercise Instagram account.
