Any items found at the Athletic Complex, Ansley Alumni Field and/or University Stadium should be brought to the Hawk Desk at the Athletic Complex or Stadium to be placed in lost and found. Users who have lost items can ask Hawk Desk staff to search the lost and found.
Athletics and Recreation returns lost or turned in Onecards to the Onecard office. Users who believe they left their Onecard in an Athletics and Recreation facility should contact the Onecard office.
All items are kept for a period of 90 days. At the end of the 90 day period all lost and found items are removed from both facilities and are no longer retrievable by the department of Athletics & Recreation. These items are donated to a local shelter in the Kitchener/Waterloo Community.
Wilfrid Laurier Athletics & Recreation is not responsible for any lost and found items that are left in our facilities. Athletics & Recreation does not keep a record/log of items discovered in our facilities. Refunds will not be granted for any items.
