- Must present a government issued I.D. in order to obtain a community membership.
- Monthly Youth Memberships are only offered during the summer months, beginning May 1st and expiring September 1st every year. A signed participatory informed consent form by a parent/guardian must be presented upon purchase of a day pass or monthly Youth Membership. - All memberships are activated the day they are purchased and expire after the allotted time of the membership (ie. If an annual membership was purchased on December 15, 2024, it will expire on December 14, 2025).

- Limited lockers are available for rent for faculty/staff memberships. Lockers are subject to availability, to rent a locker contact or visit the Hawk Desk at the Athletic Complex. Full half or full lockers are available. Lockers must be cleared out by the end of the rental term, as listed in the rental agreement. If lockers are not cleared out, they will be cleared by a staff member.

There are two international squash courts available for use at the Athletic Complex. Squash courts must be reserved in advance at no charge. Racquets and balls will be provided for use as part of the reservation at no charge. If desired, balls can be purchased at the Hawk Desk.
