Membership Refund Policy

Facility Memberships:

Athletics and Recreation will grant facility membership refund requests for medical reasons (documentation is required), academic sabbaticals, or temporary employment leaves.

Facility membership refund amount(s) will be based on the time of the granted refund request in regards to the membership in use (i.e. annual membership, term membership, monthly membership).

If you require a facility membership refund please contact the Coordinator, Facilities*.

Locker Memberships: 

Athletics and Recreation will grant facility locker membership refund requests for medical reasons (documentation is required), academic sabbaticals, or temporary employment leaves.

Facility locker membership refund amount(s) will be based on the time of the granted refund request in regards to the membership in use (i.e. annual membership, term membership, monthly membership).

If you require a facility locker membership refund please contact the Coordinator, Facilities*.

Towel Memberships:

Athletics and Recreation will grant facility towel membership refund requests for medical reasons (documentation is required), academic sabbaticals, or temporary employment leaves.

Facility towel membership refund amount(s) will be based on the time of the granted refund request in regards to the membership in use (i.e. annual membership, term membership, monthly membership).

*In all situations, the Coordinator, Facilities' decision is final when determining whether or not a refund will be granted.*
