Exam Stretch Breaks

Exam Stretch Breaks take place on the first floor of the library in December and April each semester. A link to the schedule can be found here during those times.

Lecture Stretch Breaks

Lecture stretch breaks are designed to give students a productive break from course content and improve their focus for the remainder of the lecture. A student leader led stretch will consist of a 10-15 minute stretch designed to increase and restore blood flow, reduce stress on overworked muscles and restore student focus in the classroom.     

We offer different programs based on length of class:

  • 3 hour lecture
    • 10 stretch sessions in the middle of lecture time
    • A student leader to guide the session
  • 50 minute or 1.5 hour lecture
    • 5 minute video stretch guide
