Starting March 3rd, the Laurier Grappling Club will offer women's* only sessions in addition to their regular sessions which are open to everyone.
The women's only sessions will run weekly on Sundays from 3:00-4:00pm. These sessions are primarily focused on practicing and sharing wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques.
The regular sessions run weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30am and on Saturdays from 2:00-4:00pm. All sessions take place at Precision Mixed Martial Arts in Kitchener. Â
Female participants can register for $80, which provides access to both the women's only session and the regular sessions each week for the remainder of the winter term.Â
While participants of all skill levels are welcome, the club's current focus is geared towards creating a supportive environment where beginners can learn, train, and grow.
Interested participants can purchase a women's membership for $80 or a trial session pass for $2
