In another effort to bring our students more space and better space as a result of the in support of the Athletics and Recreation facility fee, the department of Athletics and Recreation is excited to announce the main changerooms will undergo renovations May 5 - June 22, 2025 and reopen on June 23, 2025.
From May 5 - June 22, 2025, the main changerooms, and staff and faculty changerooms, will be closed. Visitor team rooms will be accessible for changing, all available lockers will be for day use only. Shower facilities will be made available to those who are swimming, but will otherwise not be available for use.
The pool was also closed June 10 - 17, 2025 and reopened on June 18, 2025. Changerooms will remain closed until June 23, 2025. Pool users can use the visitor change rooms on the lower level outside the gym, and personal belongings are permitted on the pool deck during this time. There are washrooms on the second floor, as well as a universal washroom on the lower level under the main stairs. Pool users are required to use the showers on the pool deck prior to entering the pool. The showers on the pool deck have cold water supply only.
