Her Strength is Laurier's group personal training program designed to help women* become more comfortable in the Fitness Centre while developing friends to exercise with. Over the course of 5 weeks, a personal trainer will introduce you to various exercises, help you develop an exercise plan and review basic nutrition in a small group setting. Each week will comprise of 2 sessions. By the end, you should be able to navigate the fitness centre with confidence and make a few new friends along the way.
Sessions are weekly on Sundays 3:30-4:30pm and Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm in the Strength & Conditioning Studio in the Athletic Complex on the Waterloo Campus. The 10 sessions begin October 26th and end on November 25th, 2025.Â

Returning this term, a Her Strength Scholarship is available that covers the entire cost of the program for one participant.
