Fitness Boxing

The recreational boxing program is for students of any experience level, including those who have never boxed before. The fitness boxing club offers weekly classes that cover high intensity cardio workouts, heavy bag drills, mitt and partner drills, and basic boxing footwork/ringwork. All of the fundamentals are taught from the ground up in the beginner classes, and more advanced movements are taught in intermediate classes.
