We're looking for volunteers for our I Move My Mood program!
In this peer-to-peer support program, volunteers become paired with students looking to become more active. You would:
- Attend weekly activity sessions with your partner, such as strength training at the Fit Centre, Group Exercise classes, swimming, dance and more!
- Maintain communication with the I Move My Mood supervisor to track and report progress.
- Help run Thrive Week events and other wellness-related programming.
POSITION DETAILS
- Position runs mid-October 2025 through March 2026, with opportunity to return.
- Gain anywhere from 16-30 volunteer hours, depending on involvement.
