The Wilfrid Laurier University Field Hockey Team is offering an exciting opportunity for students to be part of a competitive club and vibrant school community while representing the purple and gold on the pitch. All interested students are invited to the upcoming tryouts, which will take place on September 8th, 11th, and 13th from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Alumni Field (Waterloo Campus).

The Laurier Field Hockey Team proudly competes in tournaments against strong OUA level opponents such as Toronto, Guelph, Waterloo and more and visits cities like Ottawa, Mississauga, and Toronto to compete in games. The season spans from September to January playing both outdoor and indoor versions of the game.

These tryouts mark the beginning of an exhilarating journey where you'll not only hone your field hockey skills but also become part of a close-knit team that values teamwork, respect, and resilience. Aside from competition, the team emphasizes creating a fun and engaging atmosphere through various team bonding activities, and making every moment on the field an unforgettable one.
