Thrive Week is a campus-wide initiative at Wilfrid Laurier University focusing on positive mental health and wellbeing for all. Winter Thrive Week will kick off this Monday, March 6th with free events running across campus all week long.
What is Thrive Week?Â
There are free events and workshops taking place across campus through a variety of departments, both in person and virtual. Organized by the Wellness Centre, Winter 2023 Thrive Week is inviting students "to explore what 'learning to thrive' looks like for you in your current circumstances!"
The Department of Athletics and Recreation offers a variety of programs all week long, showcasing the positive impact of physical activity on mental health. For the full scheduleÂ
